SERVICES
Change is what we help people do.
Each course of work is tailored to your specific needs. Care may focus on your personal life, family life, professional life or a combination of all three. To support meaningful progress, we offer a range of services, some of which are listed below.
Areas of focus may include anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, psychosis, relational issues, substance use, performance anxiety, and suicidal ideation.
We employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches depending on what best supports each individual. These include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and the Chronological Assessment of Suicide Events (CASE).
Think of this work as an investment in yourself. When done well, it offers a meaningful return and can become one of the most valuable commitments you make.
If you’re interested in something you don’t see listed, please feel free to call or send a note. There’s a good chance we, or someone we know can help connect you with the right support.
